Our mission is to foster understanding & connection between Westerners & Arab & Persian Muslims & Christians.
We do this through creating immersive experiences both in Chicago & in the Middle East that help us practice listening longer than comfortable to anyone from anywhere & build lifelong friendships no matter our similarities or differences.
OUR ETHOS
SEE
We have to see anyone from any background made in the image of God worthy of dignity & respect no matter how much we mutually agree about anything.
IMMERSE
We have to immerse into the issues of our perceived enemies to make their problems our problems practicing listening longer than comfortable to our perceived enemies.
CONTEND
After we've SEEN our neighbor & IMMERSED with our neighbor (steps often skipped in making community development projects), we can creatively work together to make our local & global community a better place.
RESTORE
Through the work of SEEING, IMMERSING, & CONTENDING, our Father is inviting us to become participants in His story to redeem His creation back to Himself through the hard work of reconciliation between Himself and us as well as between each other.

We're happy to announce that we have started our storytelling project "Stories Without Borders" featuring Arab, Persian, & Anglo Muslims & Christians who cross the divide to learn from the other in various ways.
